All Ferro Watches are backed by our 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  
• Normal wear and tear (including strap, buckle, or battery).
  
• Water damage if the watch is not marked as water-resistant.
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Return is only possible within 24 hours and Exchange can be done in seven days.

• Payment slip is mandatory for a Return or Exchange.
• Repair from outside expires the Guarantee.
• If the watch has been worn or its size has been adjusted, it cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
• There is no Guarantee or Claim for a lifetime free battery cell replacement without a Receipt.
• Company gives no Guarantee for any misuse, accident, tampering or breakage of the item.
• There is no Guarantee for the color of the item.
• Clearance and sale products cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

Your order will be fulfilled by Ferro Watches Pakistan Lahore, Pakistan free of cost.

Upon delivery you will receive an invoice issued by Ferro Watches Pakistan and we offer delivery service through our Courier Company to all locations in Pakistan. You can order from us and get the delivery at your home or at your office as specified in the ‘Shipping Details’ of your order. Our Courier Company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience as per the following:

• 3 calls per shipment to find your exact address
• 2 delivery attempts per shipment

Orders will be delivered to your ‘Shipping Address’ within 24 hours if you are in Lahore and 3 to 5 working days if the location is outside Lahore. If order delivery is required earlier than the promised time slot, the customer will bear the expenses. If any territory falls outside the delivery parameter, or in case the defined ‘Shipping Address’ is not reachable, the courier company will contact you to receive the order from their nearest office or a pre agreed location.
