Return & Exchange Policy

Return is only possible within 24 hours and Exchange can be done in seven days.

• Payment slip is mandatory for a Return or Exchange.
• Repair from outside expires the Guarantee.
• If the watch has been worn or its size has been adjusted, it cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
• There is no Guarantee or Claim for a lifetime free battery cell replacement without a Receipt.
• Company gives no Guarantee for any misuse, accident, tampering or breakage of the item.
• There is no Guarantee for the color of the item.
• Clearance and sale products cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
